"I had a horrible experience with this agent. Initially he quoted reasonable home and auto insurance, He does it to lure clients, then every 6 months he keeps jacking up the prices with some excuses even when no claim was done. After 2/3 years i had another insurance company quoted me half of what he was asking. When I wanted to close account with him i had specifically asked him the last date to close without any more payment, i had closed the account accordingly based on his answer 20th of the month. Now they sent me another bill. I had insurance from another company from 14th of the month. Even after providing evidence that i already had insurance from another company at their own request, they refused to own up to their own mistake and rectify the bill. Simply Horrible. I wish I could give a negative star."
